Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2–4 years of custodial experience and 3–5 years of supervision.
• Knowledge of custodial practices, supplies, and campus facilities equipment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to supervise daily.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, staff, and manage custodial personnel and operations.
• Oversee cleaning operations under the custodial services manager.
• Counsel supervisors and building leads to discuss problem areas and identify improvements.
• Coordinate campus projects and summer floor care with managers.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with policies.
