Qualifications

• Prev custodial experience required.
• Experience in a supervisory or related role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures around hazardous materials and equipment.
• Maintain friendly, efficient guest service demeanor toward guests, clients and co-workers.
• Be adaptable to guest needs and changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work to a custodial team and leads completion of tasks.
• Adheres to safety procedures and OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to promote safety and health.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements.
• Follows procedures for trash storage, disposal, and transport to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate personnel.
• Secures the facility and ensures doors are locked/unlocked as required.
• Safeguards company assets.
