Tulane University on the Downtown Campus seeks a Custodian to perform daily cleaning of facilities, offices, classrooms and restrooms. The role covers floor care, including stripping, finishing, burnishing and carpet care; duties may include periodic maintenance tasks as assigned by the Assistant Supervisor Facilities Services.
This position is located in a non-smoking work area with opportunities to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required, in a team environment that values reliability

Performs all cleaning functions in relation to floor care (stripping, finishing, burnishing, scrubbing, carpet shampooing, bonnet cleaning etc.).
