Job summary

A local service provider in Prince Frederick, Maryland is seeking candidates for a position that requires cleaning and maintenance responsibilities. Ideal candidates will preferably have a high school education and a year of experience in cleaning services. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, following safety guidelines, and interacting respectfully with faculty and students. A valid driver's license is preferred. • Ability to stand and move about campus continuously.
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs regularly for cleaning.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.

• Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move and position objects and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk or otherwise move about campus on a continuous basis.
• Ability to ascend/descend stairs on a regular basis in order to sufficiently clean them.
• Valid Driver’s license preferred.
