Job summary

Delta Center is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead a large custodial crew and align daily operations with facility goals. You will help ensure a show-ready appearance and high cleanliness standards, guiding staff during events and post-event cleanups.

The role requires coordinating with supervisors, training new hires, and adapting tasks to changing event schedules; minimum custodial experience preferred and weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• High School education or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years custodial experience preferred.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Custodial Supervisor works closely with the Custodial Shift Manager and Assistant Manager to help motivate a large custodial crew at the Delta Center. This person understands the overall goals of the facility and manages the day-to-day operations to meet those goals. The Custodial Supervisor is jointly responsible with the Custodial Managers for a “show ready” appearance and high standard of cleanliness.

$20 per hour, typical shift runs roughy from 6pm-1am, but hours may vary depending on the event. Some shifts last until 3am.
