Cushman & Wakefield in New York, NY is seeking a friendly Porter to support custodial operations across our buildings. You will perform floor care, cleaning, dusting, and trash removal under supervision, with attention to safety and quality.

The role requires no prior experience, but reliability and teamwork are essential. Training and a comprehensive benefits package are provided, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities for overtime depending on business needs.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass surfaces.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies.
• Collect and dispose of trash daily; replace liners.
• Report building issues to supervisors.
• Perform periodic high-dusting and surface polishing.
