Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Porter for the 2nd shift to perform comprehensive custodial duties across interior spaces. The role supports the Custodial Manager and requires attention to detail and reliable teamwork to maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include floor care, window and glass cleaning, restroom stocking, and waste management. The position emphasizes safety, punctuality, and following established procedures, with a competitive hourly wage and eligible benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• No prior experience required for basic cleaning tasks
• Must follow directions and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines with attachments.
• Vacuum rugs; spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Clean windowsills, glass, doors, walls and fixtures.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies daily.
• Report defects like clogged urinals or lights out to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash daily; replace liners.
• Perform high-dusting, leather/wood polishing, and wall washing as needed.
