Job summary

Servicon Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory I to lead on-site environmental services teams in Santa Monica. You will supervise staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining high standards of cleanliness for client facilities.

The role emphasizes team development, effective communication, and coordination with clients. Strong English skills are required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of environmental services/housekeeping experience; lead or prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with peers and client staff.
• Ability to achieve goals and objectives with employees.
• Ability to train, coach, discipline, evaluate and mentor employees.
• Familiar with technology and timekeeping systems; proficiency in Outlook/Word/Excel preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in English: reading, writing, speaking.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides onsite supervision of staff and communicates daily assignments.
• Models and coaches the team on safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Inspects work to ensure cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and guides employees; handles routine employee relations with HR as needed.
• Participates in recruitment to ensure proper staffing and skills.
• Onboards and trains new hires on policies and equipment use.
