Job summary

Didlake, Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks a Custodial Project Manager to lead a large custodial contract, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while delivering excellent service.

You will supervise frontline staff, coordinate operations, manage budgets, and partner with customers and corporate teams to advance Didlake's mission. On-site role with emergency response during events; 8:00AM–5:00PM schedule.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Management, Operations or related field with 3+ years of management experience leading custodial or facilities operations.
• AA/AS plus 5+ years of relevant supervision experience in custodial or facilities operations.
• Experience with federal contract environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned custodial contract(s).
• Ensure services meet customer expectations, standards, and contract requirements.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and workflows to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Monitor KPIs, quality assurance, and trends to drive improvements.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing custodial workforce.
• Supervise frontline supervisors and employees, provide coaching and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
