Job summary

You will lead a team, coordinate daily cleaning activities, manage supplies, and ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety and appearance standards across the site.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 5 years in custodial work, and experience supervising teams in large facilities.

Qualifications

• 5 years of custodial experience required.
• Experience supervising custodial teams in large facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and evaluate custodial staff.
• Plan and coordinate daily cleaning activities, schedules, and assignments.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the facility.
• Inspect work areas regularly and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensure proper usage and storage.
• Address maintenance or sanitation issues promptly and coordinate with facility management when needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Promote a positive, efficient, and safe work environment for custodial personnel.
