Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Custodial Manager to oversee all custodial and janitorial operations on-site at our Arlington, VA facility. You will lead a team, schedule daily cleaning, manage supplies, and ensure safety, sanitation, and high cleanliness standards across the building.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of custodial supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications
