Qualifications

• Associate degree is preferred.
• 4 years of support services, housekeeping or facilities experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates custodial support services and supervises supervisors and staff.
• Liaises between administration and unit departments to ensure service excellence.
• Establishes standards and work procedures in line with facility policies.
• Plans schedules, areas of work, and job duties to cover all services.
• Assists with budgets and inventories; supports department director.
