University of South Carolina is seeking a Custodial Manager to coordinate and supervise janitorial staff, including temporary and contracted personnel, and oversee daily janitorial operations. Under the Assistant Director of Facilities, you will ensure safety compliance, read and implement safety documents, and maintain high standards of cleanliness across facilities.

Under general supervision from the Assistant Director of Facilities, the Custodial Manager coordinates and supervises janitorial staff, including Floyd School of Medicine employees, temp-to-hire, and/or contract-based personnel. Manages the day-to-day operations of janitorial services. Demonstrates compliance with regard to safety practices and requirements as outlined by the University of South Carolina, Floyd School of Medicine, and OSHA policies, procedures and regulations.
