Signing Bonus of $1500.00 is to be offered

The following is the structure and information for the signing bonus:

1. First Level Bonus of $150.00 will be issued upon hiring and after working 10 days.
2. Second Level Bonus of $450.00 will be issued after working 40 days.
3. Third Level Bonus of $450.00 will be issued after working 70 days.
4. Final Level Bonus of $450.00 will be issued after working 100 days.

Payment for each bonus level is contingent upon working the required days, maintaining favorable job performance evaluations during the bonus period, receiving positive reviews from the general manager, division manager, and the onsite contact, and demonstrating a strong work ethic with positive interactions with employees, management, and contacts.

Job Title: Facility Supervisor

BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE

Assist with managing the overall operation of assigned facilities to ensure they are properly cleaned, maintained, and staffed to meet customer requirements. Maintain effective relationships with each customer at all times.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assist in managing daily cleaning operations of assigned buildings by providing leadership and support to ServiceMaster employees. Ensure appropriate staffing as per the building budget/staffing plan.
• Meet regularly with building staff.
• Complete daily inspection reports.
• Report inspection discrepancies to the Division Manager.
• Follow up on deficiencies to ensure corrections are made.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Notify Division Manager of employee attendance issues.
• Inspect buildings to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Proactively resolve problems and coordinate staff efforts to prevent future issues.
• Ensure availability of cleaning supplies, paper products, and equipment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working and safe condition.
• Develop positive relationships with building contacts and meet regularly.
• Recommend additional services to improve building cleanliness and appearance.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
