Job summary

Active Top Secret SCI w/ CI Poly is required for this position. You will supervise custodial staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with facilities teams to maintain readiness and safety across sensitive spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years custodial or facilities maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to lead or supervise custodial staff.
• Knowledge of custodial equipment, cleaning agents, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow and enforce written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily custodial operations in controlled-access areas.
• Perform custodial services including cleaning, sanitation, waste disposal.
• Assign work, monitor performance, and guide custodial staff.
• Ensure tasks comply with security, safety, and facility requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain schedules and respond to priority service requests.
• Manage supply inventory, equipment usage, and maintenance reporting.
• Report security incidents or safety hazards.
• Support emergency response and special events.
