Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead in the United States, Oklahoma to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and to provide work direction to custodial staff. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, monitor inventory, assist in training, and report hazards to supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and may require CPR/First Aid certification and forklift certification, with a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm schedule and

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Provide direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies.
• Report incidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
• Perform quality and safety inspections.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
