Job summary

VW International (VWI) seeks a Custodial Lead to oversee custodial services on-site at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building in San Angelo, TX.

The role requires at least three years of managing similar services in large buildings, strong English proficiency, and a current Advanced Custodial Technician certification from CMI or an equivalent credential.

This position is in support of a contract bid and offers contingent on contract award, with growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

What You'll Do

This position is responsible for overseeing and performing custodial services on site at the O.C. Fisher Federal Building/Courthouse, 33 East Twohig, San Angelo, TX.

This position is in support of a contract for which we are bidding. Any offers will be contingent on contract award.

What You'll Have

• At least three years managing similar services in buildings of similar size and complexity.
• English language proficiency.
• A current Advanced Custodial Technician certification from the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) or an equivalent course to be approved by the CO.
