Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead in Troy, OH to oversee cleaning operations and sanitation. The role provides work direction to custodial staff and requires coordinating daily tasks with the Custodial Supervisor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, plus CPR/AED/First Aid certification. OSHA safety practices and proper PPE use are emphasized in this hands-on supervisory position.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of related custodial experience.
CPR/AED/First Aid certification; valid driver's license may be required.
Forklift certification may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
Follow daily schedule and carry out duties accordingly.
Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by the Custodial Supervisor.
Assist in scheduling and training staff as needed.
Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain equipment inventory.
Schedule clean-up and repairs as needed; track supplies.
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
Report incidents, hazardous conditions, and personnel issues to supervisor.
