Job summary

TDG Facilities is seeking a Custodial Lead for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH (Sycamore). This full-time role requires on-site supervision of a cleaning team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness for our educational client, and reliable daily presence.

You will oversee daily tasks, manage supplies, and coordinate with site staff. Schedule is 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, with pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a cleaning team in a commercial setting.
• Keen eye for detail, and ability to develop an efficient cleaning program.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors - including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.
