Job summary

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a Custodial Lead for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH (Sycamore). The ideal candidate will supervise a team of custodians, ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, and maintain a safe, efficient cleaning operation on site.

Candidates should have commercial cleaning supervisory experience, reliable transportation, and strong time management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a cleaning team in a commercial setting.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to develop an efficient cleaning program.
• Ability to self-manage and perform essential duties daily.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Commitment to completing work daily to support customer operations.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Dust and clean hard surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas
• Clean and vacuum carpets
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable
• Periodic special facility team projects
• Restock supplies
• Other tasks as assigned
