TDG Facilities, LLC seeks a Custodial Lead for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH to supervise a team of custodians at an educational site. The role focuses on delivering high-standard cleaning, daily site operations, and reliable on-site presence.

The ideal candidate has commercial cleaning supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and communicate effectively; background checks and drug screening will be required.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are performed.
• Maintain and use janitorial equipment safely and properly.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors – including stairs, hallways, and commons areas.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty all trash receptacles, replace liners, and place in dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass if applicable.
• Periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $23.00 Hourly

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking an experienced CUSTODIAL LEADfor an educational customer in Northern Cincinnati (Sycamore Area). Ideal candidates will be highly dependable, committed to being on site daily to support general facility operations, oversee a team of experienced custodians, and be able to provide cleaning services to the highest standard with a qualified and skilled team. Qualified candidates will have commercial cleaning supervisory experience and will have reliable transportation to work. Schedules:
