Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleaning operations in Hillsboro, OR. The role directs custodial staff, performs janitorial duties, and assists the supervisor with scheduling and training, while ensuring safety protocols and PPE usage.

Shifts are Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a pay range of $17.85–$18.85 hourly. SBM offers a comprehensive benefits package and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related custodial experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Provide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Monitor safety and PPE usage; enforce compliance.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
