Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Lead in Fayetteville, GA to oversee cleaning operations and provide direction to custodial staff. You will perform janitorial duties, monitor safety, and help schedule and train team members.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and valid driver's license. Shifts are 2pm–10:30pm, with compensation of $16–$17 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Title:Custodial LeadJob Description:Job OverviewThe Custodial Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and provides some work direction to custodial staff.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Perform janitorial dutiesPerform all duties listed on the daily scheduleProvide work direction and assistance to custodians as directed by Custodial SupervisorAssist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as neededOperate motorized cleaning equipmentTrack equipment inventory, maintenance, and repairSchedule clean up and repairs as neededMaintain daily upkeep of assigned areaTrack and maintain supply inventoryAssist Custodial Supervisor in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipmentPerform quality, service, and safety inspectionsReport incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisorReport employee personnel and customer issues to supervisorMonitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and suppliesCorrect at risk behavior and report to the supervisor immediatelyProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvementQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
