Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline supervision of custodial staff; assign daily activities and train staff in cleaning methods.
• Ensure cleaning and recycling tasks are completed to standards; adapt to priorities and special events.
• Develop the team through ongoing communication, meetings, and collaboration.
• Provide equipment and supplies to staff; manage inventory and requests for replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of personnel attendance and times; monitor absences.
• Ensure continuity of custodial services during emergencies or special situations.
• Engage with customers and campus community to deliver positive service experiences.
• Adhere to university policies and participate in required trainings.
• Direct crew in safe operations and proper use of equipment.
