Qualifications

• Three years of related experience with a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and direct staff.
• Ability to manage time and duties with attention to safety and compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and assign daily schedules.
• Train staff on cleaning methods, materials, and chemicals.
• Inspect crew work and provide feedback and coaching.
• Participate in hiring of lead custodial staff.
• Address performance issues per UNT guidelines.
• Coordinate cleaning and recycling for assigned areas.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are available and maintained.
• Keep accurate administrative records and time/absence data.
• Provide custodial support during emergencies as needed.
• Promote inclusive, respectful workplace and customer service.
