The Sheridan County YMCA is seeking a dependable Custodial Coordinator to lead a custodial team, maintain high facility standards, and coordinate daily operations. You’ll help create a clean, safe, welcoming environment for members, families, and staff.

Working under the direction of the Facilities Director, the Custodial Coordinator provides day-to-day leadership for custodial operations, including staff scheduling, quality inspections, training, supplies and equipment, facility presentation, and coordination with other YMCA departments.

The role is active and hands-on and requires the ability to safely and effectively perform custodial, facility, and equipment-related tasks.
