Job Description

Labcorp is seeking a Client Customer Service Support Representative to join our team! Our Revenue Cycle Management Division (RCM) aims to improve health and lives. If you value learning, engagement, and making a difference, Labcorp is the place for you.

This role involves working with physician offices, hospital labs, patients, and internal teams to address client needs efficiently. You'll provide product education, handle inquiries, and ensure a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service and motivated to work in a customer-centric, innovative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage 50-60 inbound and outbound calls daily.
  • Follow SOPs to resolve denied claims and update information.
  • Evaluate policies and SOPs, suggesting improvements.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Read and understand explanations of benefits and correspondence.
  • Document accounts accurately, adhering to guidelines.
  • Communicate with physicians, insurance, and patients via phone.
  • Verify eligibility and claim status using provided tools.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of work experience.
  • Call center and customer service experience preferred.
  • Medical experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and think critically.
Remote Work Details
  • Structured environment with scheduled breaks and lunch.
  • Ability to manage time independently.
Technical Requirements
  • Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps.
  • No satellite internet.
  • Ethernet connection to equipment, no Wi-Fi or mobile hotspots.
