CSG Talent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee Curtain Wall projects in the Washington, DC area. You will coordinate design development, procurement, shop drawings, and on-site construction to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

You will work with architects, engineers, drafting teams, and fabricators, manage schedules, values, and permits, and supervise junior managers to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.

Mansioni

• Oversee Curtainwall projects from pre-construction through closeout on high-rise buildings.
• Coordinate shop drawings and submittals with architects, engineers, drafters, and fabricators.
• Interface with General Contractor drawings and other trades for site use.
• Develop project schedules, values, and monitor procurement and fabrication timelines.
• Ensure permits, safety, code compliance, and budget/schedule adherence.
• Lead and supervise subordinate managers to ensure quality and schedule.
