Job summary

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support procurement, inventory, and logistics for curtain wall and façade projects.

You will help ensure materials such as aluminum extrusions, glass panels, hardware, sealants, and installation components are tracked and delivered on schedule. You will work closely with project managers, estimators, shop personnel, field teams, and suppliers to meet material requirements while maintaining quality, efficiency,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in SCM, CM, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, construction materials, or related environment.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, inventory, purchasing, or logistics activities.
• Familiarity with curtain wall systems, glazing materials, aluminum extrusions, or related construction materials preferred.
• Proficiency with Fusion Ops, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other business software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a project-based environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, inventory, and logistics for curtain wall and façade projects.
• Procure and track materials (aluminum extrusions, glass panels, hardware, sealants, installation components).
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and manage purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, shop personnel, field teams, and suppliers to meet material requirements.
• Assist in material forecasting, reorder planning, and project-specific supply requirements.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
