Job summary
Springs Window Fashions and Affiliated Companies is seeking a dependable sewing/assembly worker for first shift in Florida. The role focuses on assembling curtains, reading orders, cutting fabric, and packing finished products to meet quality and on-time delivery standards.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sewing experience with a 1-needle industrial machine.
- 3 months of manufacturing experience.
- Follow safety regulations.
- Work well in a team.
- Set priorities.
Responsibilities
- Assemble curtains according to quality and timeliness standards.
- Read orders, cut tubes, gather components, and then pack.
- Test the curtain through visual, quality, and functionality inspection.
- Prepare the curtain for packing and shipping.
- Interact with quality specialists to ensure standards are met.
- Carry out the entire assembly process including decoration and tools.
