Horizons Window Fashions in Waukegan, IL is seeking an Assembler/Operator to fabricate, assemble, inspect, and package Roman shades in a fast-paced factory setting. You will work with fabric, sewing machines, and automated equipment to meet quality and production standards, individually and as part of a team.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing or sewing experience, especially with industrial sewing machines, and familiarity with window coverings.

The Assembler / Operator is responsible for the fabrication, assembly, inspection, and packaging of Roman shades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working with fabric, sewing machines, mechanical components, and automated equipment to produce high-quality window coverings that meet safety, quality, and production standards. Associates must be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a production team.
