Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking a Curriculum Specialist in Virginia Beach to lead curriculum development, modification, and maintenance for NAVY NETC training programs. Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of ten years’ experience within the last fifteen years in a Course Curriculum Model Manager role.
• Must possess a master’s degree in a related discipline with a strong emphasis in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, maintaining and modernizing all matters involving Unit Level Training.
• Experience with Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) systems, processes and certification requirements.
• Assist with the oversight of the maintenance and administration of existing curricula.
• Ensure all curriculum development/revision/modification is coordinated with the appropriate staff.
• Assist with developing new curricula and perform training material revisions and modifications to existing curricula.
• Inform the Curriculum Control Authority (CCA) of developments or setbacks that may impact projected goals and milestones.
• Ensure a master copy of all training materials is maintained in the course's Master Training Plan (MTP).
• Assist to coordinate the scheduling of FCRs and publish an annual schedule.
