Job summary

The Apprentice Project is seeking an intern to help develop financial literacy activities, worksheets, and learning resources for government school students in India. You will assist in video content creation and research, supporting the curriculum team with real-life financial scenarios.

Ideal candidates have an interest in education, basic financial concepts, and strong attention to detail. This flexible internship offers structured outcomes with a stipend according to TAP’s policy and 20–30

• Basic knowledge of Financial Literacy and everyday financial concepts.
• Ability to explain basic financial concepts clearly.
• Interest in education and creating student-friendly learning content.
• Basic video and content creation skills are an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Financial Literacy activities, worksheets, projects, and learning resources.
• Assist in creating instructional and content videos for curriculum delivery.
• Support research and contextualisation of financial concepts for students.
• Assist with examples, scenarios, and activities connected to students' real-life financial experiences.
• Update curriculum trackers, sheets, and documentation.
• Create and manage content links and organise resources on Google Drive and relevant platforms.
• Support basic video recording, editing, formatting, and quality checks.
• Identify missing information, content gaps, or errors and flag them to the Team Lead.
• Support other routine curriculum and coordination tasks.

You have a basic grasp of everyday financial concepts and the ability to explain them simply. You're comfortable with research, attentive to detail, and willing to support both the creative and the operational sides of curriculum work — from developing activities to updating trackers to organising content. About The Role

Engagement: Intern

Time Commitment: 20–30 hours per week

Reports to: Financial Literacy Team Lead

What You'll Do

• Support development of Financial Literacy activities, worksheets, projects, and learning resources.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
