• Master’s Degree in Education is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate CHP Professional development model.
• Direct Instructional Leadership Apprentices and PLCs.
• Collaborate on professional development/workshops and PLC meetings.
• Monitor instructional evaluators’ certification and performance.
• Lead curriculum development, alignment to standards and mapping from K–12.
• Oversee data use to guide instructional decisions and staff coaching.
• Maintain contact with state and local agencies affecting instructional programs.
