Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field (Higher Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, Academic Administration, or related)
• Minimum five years in higher education, especially Academic Affairs or curriculum development
• Experience collaborating with faculty and administrators to improve teaching and student outcomes
• Demonstrated success with program or curriculum development
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead college-wide curriculum development, revision, and implementation processes
• Develop and maintain a modernized curriculum management strategy aligned with strategic goals
• Serve as primary project manager for curriculum proposals with clear milestones and ownership
• Support development of stackable credentials, certificates, degrees, and accelerated pathways
• Ensure curricula align with prerequisite sequencing, transfer pathways, and completion milestones
• Provide templates, tools, and guidance throughout the curriculum development process
• Manage curriculum project plans and maintain documentation for approvals
• Maintain curriculum handbook and master calendar in alignment with committee meetings
