Tutu School Decatur is seeking passionate instructors to lead ballet-based classes for young dancers and to uphold our nurturing, creativity-driven curriculum that blends movement with imagination. • Experience in dancing with a ballet background is strongly preferred.
• High school or equivalent is preferred.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 45-minute classes following Tutu School’s carefully crafted Class Curriculum.
• Take attendance and answer basic questions about class membership and promotions.
• Build rapport and communication with students’ families and prospective clients.
• Perform basic retail duties including product restocking and processing sales using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the studio, lobby, retail display, and bathroom.
• Communicate effectively with management and administration.
