Job summary

Cadence Education in Smyrna, DE is seeking a Curriculum Coordinator to support school curriculum implementation and teacher development. Under the School Director's leadership, the Curriculum Specialist helps measure outcomes, ensures benchmarks are met, and assists with delivering the curriculum.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in education or related field, at least three years of experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and communicates effectively in English.
• Bachelor's degree in education, curriculum and instructional design, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of the school curriculum as directed by the School Support Center training and development team.
• Measure outcomes and ensure benchmarks are met; support teachers in delivering the curriculum.
• Update curricula in a timely fashion; provide syllabi to teachers with sufficient lead time.
• Organize physical and digital resources for instructors and trainees; provide manuals and guidelines for online training materials.
• Follow up with trainees and instructors after each course and collect feedback.
