• Collaborate with teachers to create welcoming classroom communities.
• Assist team members to set clear expectations and norms for classrooms.
• Model restorative practices to address learning and behavior needs.
• Foster a growth mindset and engage with colleagues and university partners.
• Support curriculum initiatives and development of instruction and assessment practices.
• Co-teach during literacy and math blocks to strengthen student outcomes.
