Responsibilities

• Create and maintain student schedules.
• Manage records of teacher substitutions and activities.

• Manage project timelines for external exams and assessments.
• Coordinate assessment administration of external exams.
• Maintain databases of student information systems.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Supervise students as needed.
