Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Montgomery is seeking a Curriculum Facilitator to monitor contractual obligations and deliver instruction for the James Madison High School Diploma Program.

You will prepare lesson plans, administer TABE assessments, and coordinate with partners to organize graduations and career fairs. The role requires strong teaching skills, three years of experience, and a passion for helping disadvantaged learners.

Qualifications

• Three years relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Recruit participants to increase program participation.
• Administers and scores assessments and prepares assessment reports.
• Interpret TABE assessments for participants.
• Plan and deliver lesson plans for James Madison High School Diploma Program and instructional materials.
• Monitor participants progress and adapt curriculum to meet goals.
• Create and administer job skills workshops for eligible participants.
• Coordinate with community partners and organize in-house career fairs.
• Follow case management procedures and maintain accurate case notes.
• Data entry and related activities within deadlines.
• Prepare graduation programs and materials.
• Create marketing materials for business development and recruitment.
• Provide extreme customer service in all interactions.
