Job summary

You will coordinate logistics for meetings and events, develop professional communications, and interface with university offices to ensure smooth program operations and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in education, learning experience design, or related field, or significant experience in faculty development.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, visual) and strong organizational abilities.
• Experience with educational technology and a willingness to learn new platforms.
• Track record of working in collaborative, project-driven environments.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data on instructional programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events and workshops end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain communications infrastructure for timely, professional updates.
• Interface with multiple university offices to manage program operations logistics.
