Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Biochemistry or Biotechnology or related field.
• Experience in mammalian downstream purification development and resin modalities.
• Knowledge of buffer prep and chromatography purification theory.
• Familiar with-depth filtration, UF/DF and tangential flow filtration.
• Experience with viral filtration and TFF operations in lab scale.
• Strong design and analysis skills; able to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop purification processes for biotherapeutics and improve methods.
• Record lab work in electronic notebooks and batch records.
• Prepare purification buffers and assemble chromatography hardware.
• Operate AKTA Avant and Pure systems; use Unicorn, PMAT, NFF, and TFF systems.
• Analyze chromatographic data and prepare reports.
• Support technology transfer to manufacturing facilities.
• Contribute to platform evolution to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Share findings and insights in team settings and presentations.
