Job summary

Just-Evotec Biologics in Redmond, WA is seeking a Materials Specialist I to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of GMP materials in a cGMP setting. You will work across shifts (Sat-Wed, 7:00–6:00) or (Wed-Sun, 7:00–6:00) and contribute to inventory accuracy and data entry in SAP.

Ideal candidates are curious problem-solvers, comfortable with physical work and overtime, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and quality systems.

Qualifications

• A curious problem-solver with a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
• Good basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with PC desktop applications and business operations software system.
• Flexibility in assignments and able to work over-time, holidays, weekends, and different shifts as required to meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute product handling/logistics in a cGMP environment.
• Receive, identify, quarantine, store, handle, dispense, release, and issue GMP materials and packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new possibilities and solutions.
• Assist with deviations, change control, and corrective/preventive actions within the Quality management system.
• Share findings and solutions in team settings and presentations.
• Keep up with trends in Supply Chain and Logistics / Materials Management to inspire and lead.
• Maintain GMP areas and inventories; ensure accurate paper and electronic records.
• Input data into SAP and other systems with high accuracy; manage material dispositions.
• Coordinate disposition of expired materials and maintain documentation.
• Participate in internal GMP inspections and interface with departments for shipping/receiving.
