Imagine Children’s Museum is seeking a Discovery Guide to bring classroom visits to life through playful, experiential programs for children ages 2–12. The role involves delivering hands-on learning, coordinating curriculum delivery with a team, and preparing materials for each session, both on-site and in offsite settings.

You will foster curiosity, tailor facilitation to learning styles, and ensure inclusive experiences for diverse groups while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Facilitate engaging, hands-on learning for ages 2–12 aligned with exhibits and standards.
• Communicate clearly and warmly with teachers, group leaders, and chaperones.
• Monitor group behavior and safety while modeling inclusive interactions.
• Gather feedback from visitors and staff to improve program quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative museum programming for schools, camps, and community groups.
• Coordinate curriculum delivery for an ongoing Education program with a team.
• Prepare materials and learning spaces before each program and assist with cleanup and reset.
