Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• You must be able to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing).

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone and respond to questions.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Resolve concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Scan and bag items, ensuring proper bagging standards.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
