Job summary

Meijer is seeking a curbside pickup associate to transform online orders into convenient, on-time pickups. You will greet customers, fulfill orders with accuracy, process payments at carside, and keep the curbside area organized and ready for the next pickup.

You will work with store teams, follow procedures, and use available technology to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely fulfillment. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus, with emphasis on reliability and customer care.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and collect payments at the carside experience.
• Greet customers with a courteous, friendly attitude and respond to questions.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership.
• Receive daily workflow and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Bag items according to bagging standards and verify products.
