Meijer Inc. is seeking a courteous curbside order fulfillment associate in Indiana to drive customer loyalty by delivering fast, friendly service at the curbside pickup area. You will handle order fulfillment, payment collection, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Prior cashier experience is preferred and weekly pay is offered within a supportive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Meijer store preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction at curbside pickup with fast, friendly, and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Respond to customer questions and needs with courtesy and clarity.
• Resolve complaints quickly by contacting leadership when needed.
• Receive workflow from dashboard and fulfill orders for the day.
• Bag products following bagging standards and store them in the staging area per food safety guidelines.
• Greet customers and process payments to ensure an easy shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
