Meijer Inc. is seeking a Digital Clerk to fulfill online curbside orders with speed and accuracy, turning digital requests into ready-to-pickup experiences.

In this role, you will greet customers, verify items, handle payments, and maintain a friendly, efficient curbside area while collaborating with store leadership. This position supports a team-focused, customer-first environment and requires the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way.
• Past online ordering experience a plus.
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable curbside service at the Meijer pickup area with accurate order fulfillment and payment.
• Greet each customer with courtesy and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and store leadership.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items, scan/verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean and ready for next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
