Responsibilities

• Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction with curbside service, fast and accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
• Present a courteous attitude toward customers in person and on the phone and respond to questions and needs.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly by contacting leadership when needed.
• Receive workflow from dashboard and fulfill daily orders.
• Use store selection process and bag products following bagging standards.
• Store products correctly in the staging area following food safety guidelines.
• Greet customers and take payments to ensure an easy shopping experience.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
