Job summary

Meijer Inc. seeks a part-time curbside order fulfillment associate. You will fulfill online orders at the curb, collect payments, and deliver friendly service to customers. Roles include coordinating with store teams, following bagging standards, and maintaining food-safety and a clean workspace.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years cashier experience, and strong communication skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill a customer’s online curbside order.
• Provide remarkable curbside service with order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, team members and leadership.
• Greet customers courteously in person or on the phone and respond to questions.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly by contacting leadership when needed.
• Receive workflow from dashboard and fulfill daily orders.
• Select products and bag items following bagging standards.
• Store products in the staging area per food safety guidelines.
• Greet each customer and take payment for the order to ensure easy shopping.
• Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
